Our Mission

At Northern Choice Mushrooms our mission is to grow mushrooms as a sustainable source of food and medicine that is great for both our bodies and the environment. We love educating people on the many benefits of including mushrooms in their diet. We are also passionate about the role of mushrooms in improving our environment. We utilize local farming and logging wastes for growing our mushrooms and then return the spent mushroom blocks to the earth where the mycelium breakdown organic matter, store carbon and improve the health of the soil.
